Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 August 2026

This policy explains how gametesters.club ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit this site or submit the form on it. We are the data controller for that data. If you have questions, email support@gametesters.club.

What we collect

Why we use it

Legal bases

Under the UK GDPR we rely on: your consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies; our legitimate interests in running, measuring and protecting the promotion and our advertising; and legal obligation where we must retain records.

Who we share it with

We share data with the advertisers and affiliate networks whose offers appear in this promotion, with email delivery and hosting providers, with analytics and click-tracking providers, and with advertising platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok for measurement and audience matching. Some of these providers are outside the UK and EEA; where that is the case we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision. We do not sell data to parties unconnected with this promotion.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar identifiers to remember your click, attribute conversions to the correct campaign, and measure advertising. Click-tracking identifiers are stored for up to 90 days. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then not work correctly.

How long we keep it

Contact details are kept while you remain subscribed and for up to 24 months after your last engagement, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Tracking and log data is kept for up to 24 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, and request a portable copy. Email support@gametesters.club and we will respond within one month. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

This site is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted details, contact us and we will delete them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
